THE DESIGN

This fortified wine, partly left in mop buckets in contact with oxygen in full sunlight, is subjected to temperature fluctuations for over a year. Only wines of exceptional constitution can be placed in such conditions.
Over time, the fruit aromas mature, gradually fading away to reveal a rich aromatic complex. This is how the noble rancio aroma characteristic of this aging process is revealed. The color then takes on tile-like notes, and the wine's power transforms into softness and finesse.
A wine that we drink with respect, that we savor with the awareness of being an insider.

THE TASTING
A basket of fruit to your nose: blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, morello cherry... Then a bouquet of dried fruits, tobacco, leather, spices, cocoa, and coffee invites itself onto your palate.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Serve chilled as an aperitif, with blue cheeses, pan-fried foie gras, or even with a dark chocolate dessert.
