This plot of Gros Manseng is harvested early in September to achieve a beautiful balance between deliciousness and freshness.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
With a new balance, fermentation is stopped from the start when the juice reaches 5% alcohol. This allows the primary aroma of Manseng – white-skinned fruits such as peach or pear – to be combined with its pleasant fermentation aroma: exotic fruits such as pineapple.

THE TASTING
With a beautiful light yellow color, the small dancing pearls bring the whole thing to life. On the nose, this vintage offers notes of Granny Smith apple at first, opening up to peach and exotic fruits later. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, finishing with a refreshing, sparkling sweetness.
