60% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Manseng and 10% Petit Courbu

This multi-varietal cuvée allows each grape variety to express itself fully. The Gros Manseng brings a fresh taste and aroma, the Petit Manseng a sweetness and generosity, and the Petit Courbu a minerality and subtlety.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
We press slowly using a pneumatic press under inert gas to maximize the grape's potential. After stabilization, fermentation is slow and at low temperatures. Aging lasts approximately 6 to 8 months with weekly stirring to bring richness and complexity to this wine.

THE TASTING
The nose is complex and beautifully fruity, with notes of citrus, white peaches, and some subtly toasted notes. Its ample and generous palate, its aromas of fresh fruit, its fresh and persistent finish make for a wine in tune with the times.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Serve chilled at 10-12°C, as an aperitif with fish rillettes; a seed salad with olives or chicken marinated in paprika.
