50% Petit Manseng and 50% Gros Manseng

A vintage where each grape variety expresses itself fully. The Gros Manseng brings a fresh taste and aroma, while the Petit Manseng brings sweetness and generosity.
The harvest takes place in mid-October.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
We press slowly using a pneumatic press under inert gas to maximize the grape's potential. After stabilization, fermentation is slow and at low temperatures. Aging lasts approximately 6 to 8 months in stainless steel vats.

THE TASTING
A beautiful pale gold color. The nose evokes exotic fruits and citrus, with nuances of flowers and peaches. The palate is fresh and generous, with a charming aromatic complexity. The slightly tangy finish gives this wine a beautiful length. Overall, it is intense and harmonious. A true delight.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Serve chilled at 10 – 12°C, as an aperitif or with pan-fried foie gras with mango, but also on pancakes or sheep's cheese.
